FBAR – Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (U.S.)
If you:
- Have bank accounts or other financial investments OUTSIDE the U.S., and
- The TOTAL amount of ALL COMBINED bank/investment accounts (including Life Insurance Policies) under your name, whether it is a single or joint account, was more than $10,000 at any time during the tax year in question, then
- You will need to go to the Forms page, download the Financial Accounts Form – 2022 tax year and complete it.
This information is needed so that we can submit the FBAR form online on your behalf
The IRS may impose heavy penalties if this form is not filed if you are required to do so, or if it is filed inaccurately or late.
