ATTENTION ALL RECIPIENTS OF 32BJ PENSION FUND (AND OTHER U.S. UNIONS) PAPER CHECKS

Several people in Malta (and elsewhere outside the U.S.) receive a monthly paper check from the 32BJ Union and other Unions/Funds based in the U.S.

Due to the COVID-19 situation and other postal delivery problems, many have missing checks for the past several months, or have received checks after the check’s 90-day validity date had expired.

This problem can be solved easily if you install an app called WISE on your mobile phone. It’s like having a U.S. account in your pocket. 32BJ is now accepting Direct Deposit applications so that paper checks are eliminated and within 90 days you will start receiving your monthly payment directly in WISE.
